2. Services
ValueSprint Logistics provides logistics and shipping services including but not limited to freight forwarding, warehouse management, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to change without notice.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts and submitting shipments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for shipping services is due as specified during the booking process. For shipment consignments, a 40% deposit is required to secure the shipment, with the remaining 60% due before final delivery. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safe handling of your goods, ValueSprint Logistics's liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment. We strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value items.
6. Changes to Terms
ValueSprint Logistics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
